Fire Safety Plans & Measured Surveys

70,000 sq.ft measured survey for fire safety management showing escape routes, fire-prevention measures, etc. 

We also carry out Fire Assessments. of the common areas of multi-habited buildings.

NB. We do not provide EWS1 certificates.

Property Surveys Residential & Commercial

We survey all types of buildings, Listed, contemporary and modern.  A £15M house in Central London was our highest priced survey property in 2021. It had 7-storeys, 3 of them below ground level, including a swimming pool.
